  Ensure the furniture is in its original condition and securely packed; for large items, our white-glove team will schedule a convenient pickup time.

  Once the item reaches our warehouse, our artisans will inspect it to verify its condition and ensure no damage occurred during transit.

  Receive Your Refund

  After approval, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days, minus any applicable restocking fees.
